A Classic Cocktail On The Eve of Autumn: Old Fashioned

OLD FASHIONED

• 1.5 OZ. WHISKEY

• 2 DASHES OF ANGOSTURA BITTERS

• 1 SUGAR CUBE

• SPLASH OF SODA WATER

Place sugar cube in rocks glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of soda water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange peel.
